first day back
so i decided to go to CF today despite my hand still hurting a little. discovered i could actually do more than i thought! Strength Press 2 reps x 10 rounds, as heavy as possible started at 55 lbs, went up to 60, stayed there for a few rounds, failed after 1 attempt on one round (WTF?), went back down to 55, then back up to 60. coach was annoyed that i didn’t attempt the 65… and in hindsight, i probably should have tried at least once. damn you, self-doubt monster! i will get you next time… ...
