- Bar facing burpees
went 70-75-80 (9 reps only)-75 on the floor press, which totally gassed my arms/shoulders. only ended up using 60 lbs on the WOD, which is light compared to my previous push press records. those bar facing burpees are also pretty horrible. but you know what wasn’t horrible? my new crossfit shoes :) they’re so comfortable. i want to walk around in them everywhere, but i don’t want to waste them, haha.. maybe i’ll buy another pair just for walking around…
