Ca$h out - Sled push/pull 30 yd

so coach turned 34 today. meaning we had to do 34 of all of his favorite movements, which naturally favor 6’2” 200 pound men. used a 10 lb ball and 65 lbs for the clean and jerk so i wouldn’t die. finished last in my group at 21:47. i kept up with the group until the TTB, which keeeeled me. our gym just got some new dog sleds, so we tried them out. used 90lbs for the sled push, 45lbs for the pull… pulling the sled is EFFING hard. especially on a rubber track haha. i can’t imagine having to pull that thing 100 yards. mad respect for all the CF games women!
