dips & sprints
Weighted dips: 10 x 1 rep for total weight (scale is regular dips to failure, AMRAP)
Hill sprints: on treadmill, elevation 15, 10 rounds of 30 sec sprints. score is the last treadmill speed you use
because i can’t do regular dips, i did band dips with the thinnest band and just did as many reps as i could til failure. total reps for me: 113. hill sprints were terrible.. started at 6.5 and ended at 6.5. after i managed to scrape myself off the floor, we all went out for coach’s birthday at a bar where this one girl at the gym bartends. naturally, coach gets hammered and starts making bets on our physical capabilities, haha. my assignment: 25 pushups in 5 minutes.. betch plz, i definitely won some people money last night
