Test - one attempt at Max Strict Ring Rows (completed 4)
WOD: 7 rounds for time (30 min max)
- 10 knees to elbows
- 15 ring rows
- 20 abmat situps
- 25 double-unders
finished in 29:05. my knees to elbows ended up really being knees to triceps, but close enough. ring rows were also scaled with my feet flat on the ground.. even then, 15 of those are hard to do. and biggest success - for some reason (i think it was the rope i was using) i could do soo many double unders in a row tonight, there were a few times i was getting 4-6 at a time.. should have seen my face. i was like wtf is going on?! not gonna lie though, this workout was pretty unpleasant
