For time (22 min max)

  • 50 back squats 135/95
  • 40 pull-ups
  • 30 shoulder to overhead 135/95
  • 50 front squats 85/65
  • 40 pull-ups
  • 30 shoulder to overhead 85/65
  • 50 overhead squats 65/45
  • 40 pull-ups
  • 30 shoulder to overhead 65/45

Time: 19:45, scaled to 1/2 WOD (25-20-15), used 75lbs - 65lbs - 45lbs

damn even doing half this thing took me a long ass time. happy i finished though, and happy i used 75 lbs. probably could have upped it to 80-85 but might not have finished, 75 was just right for the pace that i wanted to go on the shoulder to overhead. pull-ups were killer. used the hockey tape wraps on my hands so i didn’t tear, hooray. the last shoulder to overhead at 45 was so nice haha. hip flexors are gonna be sore tomorrow
